GENERAL INTERESTING BITS

On this page we will be showing links to other sites of interest, or adding articles or features from members and non-members alike.  So if you find any sites that you believe may be of interest to those visiting our site please send me the details.  If you have an article that you believe would be of help to others, or just a simple piece of servicing advice, then let me know and I'll put it on this page.

Also if you find a good trimmer, supplier of spare parts, good MOT garage etc etc then drop us a line and we'll make the details known to all.

Please forward the information to TheWebMaster@gentry-owners.co.uk

We have received a request for restoration stories!  Please see details below.

I would like to invite you to be involved in a brand new website currently being launched:-

http://www.classic-car-restoration-stories.co.uk/ It’s a new site (which is currently still under some construction) that will bring together all classic car enthusiasts restoration stories, from all around the world. We would be very grateful if you could ask you members if they have a story and pictures to share with other car restoration enthusiasts to send them into us so they can be listed on our website free of charge.

We would also ask if you could put a link on your web site and possibly a small note in your magazines about this new site.  We will of course in return put your website / club details as a link on our site.

I look forward to receiving and reading the tales of peoples car restoration projects. Many thanks for your time.

We must make mention here about www.flamingtext.com

These are the people who provided the buttons used on this site.  They offer the service for free and it may not seem a big issue, but for anyone looking for graphics etc for their website it certainly makes life much easier!

Here is a very quick look at the Hollowell Steam and Heavy Horse show from over the July 5th /6th weekend.

This is a large show with plenty more to do and see than is in the video, but to show it all would take too long!
